Painting a home seems straightforward. You make a run to the hardware/paint store, secure some paint and supplies, and make a go of it. It’s akin to a first date or a new romance — the idea of a sparkling new exterior hides the eventual pratfalls and warts that are sure to pop up in time. In a relationship, it might entail a nasty little habit of leaving the toothpaste uncapped, or propping one’s feet on the coffee table. Warts for sure, but easily correctable. In a painting job, the mirage ends when it’s time to paint the areas covered by bushes and other impediments, and even better yet — going up high to do paint work that’s not for the faint of heart. Before making the commitment in a relationship, you have to ask yourself if you can handle the good with the bad. The same goes with a painting job. Are you prepared to stand in the brush or scale the necessary heights, and do you have the equipment and experience to do so safely?

Consider this a public safety announcement as much as anything: At DJ’s Painting, we don’t want you to fall. Period. We don’t want to read a single article or watch a single news report about a person rolling off a roof or dangling from a window, on high, while painting. That’s where we are prepared to step in and handle all those nasty little details such as heights, bushes, etc., to keep your relationship with your home in the bliss stage. We have over 25 years of experience, plenty of times at heights that are astonishing. We’ve never had a fall accident. More importantly, neither did our customers. Even if your home is a one-story dwelling that entirely fits into the “straight forward” zone depicted above, DJ’s Painting can solve your painting needs quickly and efficiently. If you have scary zones, as most dwellings do, it’s just not worth standing on a deep slope to hit those scary areas. It’s a long way down. A long, long way down.
